In consolidated terms across the 10 countries, we project a growth of 5.3% in CAGR over the period 2024-2029. This represents a decline compared to the years 2018-2024, but with certain sub-segments clearly driving growth: B2C with the continued conversion of eCommerce, and C2C with the development of second-hand exchanges. Conversely, B2B is struggling in the face of a complex and uncertain macroeconomic context.

Based on the initial figures for Q1 2025, we observe that 7 major regional brands are achieving volume growth exceeding 5%, confirming their outperformance in the markets. Firstly, CTT and InPost Group, already at the top of our rankings for 2024.

The ranking of major European brands places DP DHL at the top, due to the significance of the German market among the 10 selected countries and DP DHL’s position in Germany. Following closely in second place are Geopost and Royal Mail.
